The purpose of creating this website was to envision that I was a technology leader within a school. I was tasked with building a website that provides resources for teachers and parents. Under teacher resources you can first see where I made an activity for a teacher wanting to include a database and spreadsheet experience for the students. The second item under teacher resources is the accessibility page. This is where I researched different resources for people with physical and mental disabilities. It also lists the cost behind these products. It should allow teachers to know and share resources to parents and students who need specific items to assist them with their disabilities. The tutorials section shows several different resources including techn information, instructional tools, virtual world/ internet safety, web-based instruction, ESL tech integration, and science tech integration. This section teaches everything from how the internet works in a building to internet safety for parents to integrating technology within different disciplines. Creating these resources allowed me to be creative by visually showcasing the resources and research that I found and gaining knowledge on all of the topics listed.
