Hello!

For the last 8 years, in my role as a teacher and a Team Lead I have encompassed many different roles including project management, trainer, and educator. I have planned and executed learning experiences inside and outside of the classroom for over 400 students a year. This involves time, financial, safety, and inclusion management. I led the way in ensuring all of the staff were trained to perform the activities with the goal of enriching all of our students.

I have supported staff in developmental training – assessing their unique needs and tailoring programs to address gaps in performance and efficiency. Through collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholders, we ensure our goals are aligned with those of the organization. I believe communication and collaboration are essential for the effective delivery of training. By providing professionals with the tools they need to improve their craft, they can continue making a difference in people’s lives.
